He could have told me that I needed a new pump but he was honest and merely replaced a valve which solved the problem. He also did a second job which was not planned. He picked up and installed a new toilet for me on the second floor. They got the job done for less than a THIRD of the price we had been quoted elsewhere. Sergio was efficient and attentive, not only trying multiple solutions to solve our problem but also noticing little things like the need for a better caulked seal around the bath spout and just taking care of it because he was there.
